Swimming Information

 

All of our pupils, from Y1 to Y6, take part in swimming lessons for P.E. for a whole half-term each year. 

Please message your class teacher through Class Dojo if you would like to know when your child will be swimming.

 

This is our data for 2022-2023: 

• 58% of our Year 6 leavers were able to competently, confidently and proficiently swim over a distance of 25m.
• 48% of our Year 6 leavers were able to use a range of strokes effectively.
• 48% of our Year 6 leavers were able to perform a safe self-rescue.
